we're going over Capital Vol. 1 Ch. 3 Sec. 1-2 and we're on 2 hours runtime and only 3 pages in. i don't like that i'm going to have to learn about Hegel and Deleuze and all these guys that are extraneous to Capital yet (according to everyone here) sort of essential to further understanding Marx.

watched The Evil Dead and It's the Great Pumpking, Charlie Brown to make up for lost time to the Halloween Daily movie marathon. also have been listening to a lot of Magdalena Bay recently. they are really good at making music

went to Mass of the Fermenting Dregs show and it was fucking incredible. my legs felt like they were going to explode but it was worth every penny. after the show i chowed down on a hotdog (ketchup, onions) and chugged two bottles of water in one minute. life is okay sometimes
